A-la-Carte Lawn Care Services: (PACKAGES BELOW)
All pricing is based on lawn size. If your lawn falls between sizes, we price it in the next size range (we round up to the next block).
If your lawn is larger than 14,000 sq ft, pricing continues in 3,000 sq ft blocks as noted under each service.
Lawn aeration relieves soil compaction and allows water, oxygen, and nutrients to reach grass roots. Soil plugs are left on the lawn and naturally break down within a few weeks.
(Recommended twice per year for most Tri-Cities lawns.)
(Dethatching & Removal) Thatching removes the layer of dead grass and debris that can block water and nutrients from reaching the soil.
(Recommended once per year)
Overseeding helps thicken thinning lawns and improve turf density. This service is most effective when paired with thatching in the spring.
(Recommended once per year for most yard in the Tri-Cities.)

** All pricing is based on lawn size and access. Properties that allow our large professional machines through standard gates can be completed faster and cost less. Narrow gates, stairs, steep terrain, or areas requiring smaller equipment may increase pricing due to additional labor.
** Please mark all sprinkler heads, oil tank caps, and shallow utility lines prior to service. We are not responsible for unmarked items.
** Please turn off all sprinkler systems (programs) at least 48 hours prior to us arriving.
** Please pick up all dog waist prior to our arrival.
