These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Lawn Aerating & Thatching Tri-Cities, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By scheduling or receiving services, you agree to these Terms.


Services Provided

Lawn Aerating & Thatching Tri-Cities, LLC provides lawn aeration, dethatching, overseeding, fertilization, and related lawn care services in the Tri-Cities area, including Kennewick, Richland, and Pasco.

All services are subject to availability, site conditions, weather, and access.


Pricing & Estimates

  • All pricing is based on lawn size and property access

  • Pricing listed on our website represents standard conditions

  • Properties with narrow gates, stairs, steep terrain, limited access, or areas requiring smaller equipment may incur additional charges

  • Large lawns or complex properties may require an on-site or remote estimate

Final pricing is determined at the time of service if conditions differ from what was originally described.


Scheduling & Access

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing clear access to the service area

  • Ensuring gates are unlocked

  • Securing pets

  • Removing obstacles prior to service

If our crew cannot safely or reasonably access the lawn, service may be delayed or rescheduled.


Sprinkler Heads & Underground Items

Customers must clearly mark all sprinkler heads, shallow utility lines, valve boxes, oil tank caps, and similar items prior to service.

Lawn Aerating & Thatching Tri-Cities, LLC is not responsible for damage to unmarked or improperly marked items.


Lawn Conditions & Results

Lawn care results vary based on:

  • Soil condition

  • Grass type

  • Weather

  • Irrigation

  • Existing lawn health

We do not guarantee specific visual outcomes, as lawn health depends on factors beyond our control. Aeration plugs are intentionally left on the lawn and naturally break down over time.


Weather Delays

Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to weather conditions, including rain, excessive heat, frozen ground, or unsafe conditions. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate scheduling changes.


Payment Terms

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon

  • We accept cash, check, and approved electronic payment methods

  • Returned or declined payments may be subject to additional fees

  • Annual or seasonal programs may require advance payment or recurring billing authorization

Failure to submit payment may result in service suspension.


Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a service fee


Annual Programs & Service Plans

Annual or seasonal lawn care programs:

  • Are scheduled based on optimal seasonal timing

  • May include multiple visits throughout the year

  • Are non-transferable

  • May be canceled with notice, subject to services already performed

Unused services do not carry cash value unless otherwise specified.


Liability Limitation

Lawn Aerating & Thatching Tri-Cities, LLC is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing lawn conditions

  • Damage caused by undisclosed underground objects

  • Indirect or consequential damages related to lawn appearance

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed.


Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service due to:

  • Unsafe conditions

  • Aggressive behavior

  • Misrepresentation of property conditions

  • Non-payment or repeated payment issues


Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, branding, and materials are the property of Lawn Aerating & Thatching Tri-Cities, LLC and may not be reproduced without permission.


Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
